32 Liverpool Street is located on the south side of Liverpool Street, east of the intersection of Liverpool Street and Dublin Street North, in the City of Guelph. The one-storey stone cottage was constructed in circa 1864.

The property was designated, by the City of Guelph, in 1995, for its heritage value, under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, By-law (1995) - 14935.

32 Liverpool Street is a well-proportioned cottage constructed of local limestone and built in circa 1864. It is one of the earliest dwellings built on Liverpool Street and one of three cottages constructed and leased, by Robert Anderson, before the property was sold and divided into two parcels in 1875.

32 Liverpool Street reflects the Regency style of architecture, featuring tall windows on both sides of the central entrance, and a hip roof.
