Wade House is a large two-storey wood framed house built in 1934 located on a large lot on the north side of Bowron Avenue overlooking the Quesnel River in North Quesnel, B.C. The historic place includes the building and the parcel of land it occupies.

Valeur patrimoniale

Wade House is located in North Quesnel which is an older residential neighbourhood in the city. The house is a physical reminder of the people who shaped the development of Quesnel giving it cultural and social value. The house is named for Joseph and Pearl (Waterson) Wade, whose family was prominent in the community and helped shaped its development.
