Description of Historic Place
Martin Gardner House is a one-and-a-half storey wood frame house located on the west side of Kinchant Street in North Quesnel, BC. The historic place includes the building and the parcel of land it occupies.
Heritage Value
The house holds historical value a physical reminder of the people who shaped the development of Quesnel. It is named for Martin and Audrey (Oakes) Gardner who was a prominent member of the community as a successful mill owner which grew with the town.
