The Simonne Paulin House, which is of the vernacular style characterized by its L-shaped floor plan, is located at 1020 Ste-Marie Street.

The Simonne Paulin House is recognized as a local historic place as an example of a vernacular house characterized by its L-shaped floor plan with its large gabled dormer on the main façade and for its association with the land grant given to the Paulin family, one of the founding families. It was built circa 1889.
