Description of Historic Place
The Steep Rock Cliffs are an area of
natural dramatic cliff formations in the R.M. of Grahamdale along the eastern shores of Lake Manitoba.
The municipal designation applies to the approximately 22-acre site.
Heritage Value
The Steep
Rock Cliffs are a line of geologic formations that have been favoured sight-seeing spots in the R.M.
of Grahamdale for more than 100 years. The cliffs have a high degree of physical integrity.
